Peter Ryan is Chief People Officer and General Counsel at 麻豆传媒在线, leading a global team managing the company鈥檚 risk mitigation, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, claims, labor relations, and litigation. He also leads the company鈥檚 Human Resources team, fostering an inclusive, values-oriented culture, as well as driving both strategy and growth.

Prior to the 麻豆传媒在线 spinoff in 2015, Peter served in a variety of corporate and business roles at former parent company SPX Corporation, including deputy general counsel and segment general counsel of the company鈥檚 food and beverage business. Before joining SPX, he began his legal career with Kirkland & Ellis, LLP in Chicago. Peter earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
